Applications Engineer

Provides support to the Applications department. The direct responsibility will be working closely with the customers on product application, particularly on problem solving, applications formulation and product recommendation. Working in close collaboration with the Sales Team to address the needs of customers and identify their future needs, offering an added value to the company’s products and services will be of importance, to ensure customer retention and attract potential customers.
Implementation Specialist/Master Data Administrator
This role is responsible for Master Data Management in the ERP system, Sharepoint and Teklynx/Labelview programs. This role will coordinate and assist with implementation and validation of new ERP modules/integrations, ensuring data integrity. This role will extract ERP information in the form of queries and validate data accuracy to improve the effectiveness/efficiency of the organization The ability to establish a rapport and foster open communication with employees will be a critical factor for success in this position. Escalation of issues to appropriate individuals may be required for some issues.
